I am delighted this evening to share with you the cover for The Last Post by BK Duncan which is out on the 27th of November 2017.
The Last Post short story follows May Keaps during her time in 1918 as an ambulance driver at The Front in Northern France during WWI. This is a short story prequel in the May Keaps series. Historical crime fiction, the first book in the series, Foul Trade, is set in 1920. Foul Trade will be published on the 12th of December 2017.
The short story can be read and enjoyed independently of the series. Although it is not essential to have read The Last Post before starting Foul Trade, it will enhance the reading experience as it serves an as introduction to what makes the protagonist, May Keaps, tick.
