Reading is my most frequent hobby. Books are my escape from reality, which can often be hectic and frustrating. When it’s time to relax, I seek out a fantastic book and a glass of wine (or two… fine, but I’ll only admit to three on the rare occasion). I am most frequently a reader of a book series rather than individual books. I enjoy stand-alone novels, but given my interest in genealogy and research, I treasure the ability to immerse myself in a familiar setting. I prefer to develop a relationship with characters and visualize all the places they live, breathe, and work.
