Why should I keep writing?
This is a question I’m sure we’ve all asked ourselves at some point in time.
Hell, I ask this question every day. Here’s another question: Am I a good writer?
Am I good enough?
Do these questions matter? No. Not really.
What matters is not if you’re any good. What matters is if you do it.
Write, a little bit, every day. It doesn’t matter what you write. Just do it. Don’t wait for permission or recognition. That stuff doesn’t matter. What matters is what you do. Your actions. Your decisions. If you think you want to write, then write! You may be terrible, but that doesn’t matter either. You will get better.
