Today was supposed to be the first day of my 99 cent sale of my new book Blood Orange. I had my blog and Facebook advertising all set to go today and then I looked at the book on Amazon today and saw that the price was not set to 99 cents.
When I looked at my promotion on the Amazon KDP site, I had the dates wrong. Unfortunately the earliest I can start the promotion is this coming Sunday. It’s time to reset and try again. So, a brand new blog will go out on Sunday.

The other thing to remember is that Amazon work on 12:01 AM SACRAMENTO time Don, which is why I don’t post promos before 10:00AM London, UK time on the date that the author tells me 😀

That part I realized. It’s reading the calendar that is my issue. SMH.

Don’t feel bad, Don. I got a message from a writer who pointed out that my format for kindle was the same as my paperback, with my name and the name of the book throughout. I quickly corrected it, and now the correct version is available. I guess you live and learn!
